Smooth porting and good support

I recently switched over to Quo, porting my existing number. The process was pretty straightforward, took about 5 days to complete which was faster than I expected based on other services I've used. I had a question about setting up the Auto-Attendant, and their support team got back to me quickly, within a few hours. The AI Call Summaries have been surprisingly useful for catching up on conversations I missed. I'm using the Desktop App daily and it's stable, haven't had any crashes. So far, the service has been really solid for managing my calls and texts. It's a good step up from what I had before.

Business Texting is fantastic!

I just started using the Business Texting feature and it's a game changer! Setting up snippets and templates was super easy. My team can now respond to customers so much faster. Really happy with it, will definitely use Quo again for other features!

Reliable service, consistent quality

I've been using Quo for a while now, mainly for the Virtual Phone System and Call Recording. This latest month was just like the others - everything worked perfectly. No dropped calls, the recordings are always clear. It's why I keep coming back, they're really consistent. Good to see the Mobile App for iOS is still running smooth too. Always a reliable option for my small business needs.

Can you use one account for multiple numbers? Like if I need a separate line for sales and support but want them under the same team dashboard.

M Mary Roberts 3 days ago
Absolutely. That's one of its main features. You can have as many numbers as you need under one account and assign them to different team members or shared inboxes.

We have like 5 numbers on our account for different departments. Works perfectly, everyone can see what's happening with each line.

Is it easy to get a toll-free number with them? And can I use it for texting too or just calls?

G Grace T. 4 weeks ago
Yep, they definitely offer toll-free numbers. And you can text on them just like a local number, it's pretty seamless.

Got a 1-800 number from them. Texting works fine, no issues.

Anyone know if Quo integrates with HubSpot? We rely pretty heavily on our CRM.

L Laura Jackson 1 month ago
Oh yeah, it does. I think it's one of their main integrations. Makes logging calls and stuff way easier.

Confirmed! We use it with HubSpot every day. Super handy for keeping customer records updated.

Are there usually any discounts if you sign up for a whole year? Or is it just month-to-month pricing?

M Michelle Phillips 1 month ago
They almost always have a pretty good discount if you go annual. I think it's like 20% off usually.

M Mary Allen 1 month ago
Yeah, I signed up last fall for the yearly plan and saved a good chunk. Definitely worth it if you plan to stick around.

I'm looking at different business phone systems, is Quo really better than something like RingCentral for a small startup?

J James Nelson 3 days ago
For a startup, I'd say yes. RingCentral can feel a bit overkill and pricey. Quo's got the essentials down and is easier to manage, imo.

Had RingCentral before, switched to Quo. Interface is much cleaner and more intuitive. Especially for a small team, it just makes more sense.

Hey, thinking of switching our small biz over to Quo (used to be OpenPhone right?). We're in San Francisco, how quick is the setup usually? Need to port our existing number.

N Nathan P. 1 month ago
Yeah it's Quo now. Porting can take a bit, like a week or two maybe, depending on your old carrier. But you can get a temp number instantly to start using it while yours ports.

Mine took about 8 days to port from Verizon last month. But the setup itself for the app and everything was super fast, like 15 minutes.

D Donna Mitchell 3 weeks ago
Yep, there's a 7-day free trial. You can try out pretty much everything.

Confirmed, did the trial myself. No credit card needed to start if I recall correctly.
